Southbank Grand

The Southbank Grand Apartments project, located at 151 City Road in Southbank, Melbourne, is Central Equity’s largest project to date.

The project was completed in November 2015.

Built by Brookfield Multiplex, the building comprises 515 one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as retail space and recreational facilities across 42 levels.

Prima Tower

Prima Tower is Melbourne’s second tallest residential tower standing at 225m in height over 67 levels.

Developed by PDG and Schiavello, construction of the iconic bronze glass building was completed in 2014. The tower comprises 661 apartments, two full levels of luxurious hotel-style amenities and 10 levels of car parking. The tower has become a landmark on the Melbourne city skyline.

Pro Glass Australia was engaged to re-glaze over 100 external curtain wall facade panels in the Prima Tower project.
