Platinum Towers

An enormous vertical garden will welcome visitors to the Platinum building, located on City Road Southbank in Melbourne.

Platinum is currently under construction and will be completed in 2016. The development will comprise 437 residential apartments and ground floor retail across 53 levels.

Southbank Grand

The Southbank Grand Apartments project, located at 151 City Road in Southbank, Melbourne, is Central Equity’s largest project to date.

The project was completed in November 2015.

Built by Brookfield Multiplex, the building comprises 515 one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as retail space and recreational facilities across 42 levels.

Epic Apartments

The Epic Apartments project was completed in June 2014.

This 38-level residential tower in Southbank comprises 419 one, two and three bedroom apartments.

501 Swanston Street

Positioned on the northern edge of the CBD, the 501 Swanston Street project was a major redevelopment of an existing office building.

This newly refurbished building now houses the Melbourne offices of Audi and Maserati.

MelbourneONE

Melbourne One is currently under construction. Once complete, the 47 level residential apartment tower will comprise 479 two and three bedroom apartments.  With seven levels of car parking, the building will also accommodate a retail hub on the ground floor. The 9th floor will comprise of an outdoor area, an indoor swimming pool fully glazed and an indoor gymnasium. The building will retain the original heritage façade which was built in 1911.
